Classes
1st year of Master
The first year of Master is made of:
- The core subjects (first semester) from October to February. This semester is divided in two periods: October- December and January- February.
- Students can choose between the Mixed Section (English - Spanish) and the English Section, except for the Law subject that is always taught in Spanish.
- The academic options period (second semester) from March to May. During this period, the student has to choose one Principal Academic Option (PAO) and one Complementary Academic Option (CAO).
- At the same time, the student redacts a Strategic Analyze Report (SAR) and ends the second semester with the “MIRAGE” (Company Strategy Simulation).
2nd year of Master
It begins in September with the SESAME (Seminar of strategic studies adapted to Company Management) before the professional option begins.Within the period that goes from September to the beginning of December students attend the professionalization option. During this option they have to prepare a research dossier.
The semester ends with a strategy class that comes as a preparation for the final exam of Master: the Grand Ecrit (Written exam)
For diploma attribution, a jury will be gathered in July. A second deliberation will take place for the students whose results weren’t judged satisfactory in the first place.
Core subjects
Finance
At the end of the module, students will know the fundamentals of financial theory and the operational basis of corporative finances. They will also be able to apply a rigorous method for the investment projects selection and to choose between various financing modes according to the real cost of the project.
Logistics
This block is made of 3 subjects:

Business Information System
At the end of this module, students will be able to apply a method and will have a reflection framework to identify the opportunities offered by the information technologies. They will know different ways of evaluating and exploiting these technologies in order to improve their firm’s results.

Data analysis
At the end of this module, students will be able to:
- - Identify the main data analysis methods that are used in marketing and management.
- - Choose the adapted methods according to the problem they are trying to solve.
- - Interpret the results of these methods.
- - Use a data analysis software: XLStat (Add-in EXCEL).

Operations Management
At the end of this module, students will be able to understand the problem of transactions and production and to identify the methods for planning, organization and management that are used in different kinds of companies.
Marketing
This block is made of:

Applying Marketing Strategies
This module is made of two parts; the first one will deal with the supply strategy on the market, and the second one with commercialization and communication.
At the end of this module, students must be able to elaborate a coherent and effective marketing strategy. -
International Development and Mondial Manager
At the end of this module, students must be able to:
- - Understand the risks of internationalization.
- - Discover the financing means of the firm’s international activity.
- - Achieve, manage and monitor an international order.
Human resources
At the end of the module, students will be able to be responsible for the management of a working team, respecting their company's HR policies and to take part in the HR global management, using the tools at their service.
Management control
At the end of the module, the students must know how to define the coherent performance goals for the unit they work in and to identify the means and activities that are necessary to reach their goals.
Law
At the end of the module, students know how to handle the basic tools for the detection of the most common legal risks and to adapt themselves to the basic principles of the labour legislation.
Principal Academic Options. 135h
Since the first year of Master, students can choose one of the three specialities: Finances, Marketing and Management & Organization. They take place from March to the end of April.
Finance
The aim is for students to acquire all the necessary knowledge for financial strategies creation and establishment and to be able to manage the financial departments.
Marketing
The aim of this option is for students to get some marketing strategy knowledge and to become familiar with the techniques used by the Marketing Manager.
Management and Organization
The aim of this option is to give students some knowledge in management and organization so they can understand the economic and social environment and the competences that are internal to a firm.
At the end of the module, the students will be able to apply these strategies to firm projects and to guide them, but also to identify the necessary competences and tools for a control of the business evolution.
Complementary Academic Options. 60h
They take place during May and deal with some interesting themes that haven’t been treated during the PAO.

Professional Options
B to B Option
- - To raise students’ awareness of professional activities richness and of the jobs they will be able to find in B to B sector.
- - To think about the commercial and marketing problems of these trades.
- - To Deepen their knowledge of the tools and methods for commercial development and economic management.
B to C Option
Prepare the students that will go for a marketing and/or commercial career. This aim supposes:
- - To develop the knowledge of Consumer Market and its specific techniques.
- - To apply management techniques in the domain of Consumer Market specialized companies.
- - To give the students some information about the professional practices that are made in Marketing, Communication and Trade Marketing areas, in particular.
Management Control Option
This option helps to complete or deepen the knowledge that was already acquired during the first year. Professionals from many big companies take part in that option.
International Business Option
This option prepares the students to become autonomous workers in the international professional sector, what means they should have a good handling of the technical components of international negotiation.
Services Management Option
Its aim is to prepare the students for their first professional experiences in the services market. This option will allow them to:
- - Know the structure of the sectors and the kind of strategies that are used by companies. (The sectors of tourism, hotel and catering trade, and communication will be the most studied ones).
- - Discover the possible professions and careers in service companies.
- - Discover and put into practice the specific management techniques that are used in service companies (Marketing, Communication, Strategy, Human Resources management).
Management Internship
For a minimum of 6 months starting from January, and at full-time, the student turns into a junior manager. The student has to carry out a concrete mission that corresponds to a necessity previously identified by the company, assuming responsibilities and taking part in some big decisions.
