Data confidentiality:
According to what is stipulated in the Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, ESEC (Escuela Superior Europea de Comercio) informs you that the personal information given in this document as well as the one ESEC will access after any application or search will be included in a file and will be automatically treated. The holder agrees that this data shall be included in the file that will be used as a support for information and commercial management of ESEC, as well as a database for the sending of commercial communications, electronic commercial communications included, as stipulated in the article 21 of the law 34/2002 of Information Society Services.
